Mateusz Brozyna is a software and cloud solutions leader with over 15 years of experience in embedded C++, Java development, technical consulting, and team management. They began their career in 2008 as an embedded devices programmer, progressing to roles in web application development and Java software development. Currently, they lead the Business Software Solutions unit at MakoLab, where they deliver scalable, cloud-native software to clients across Europe and the US. Mateusz holds an AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification and is passionate about creating practical solutions and fostering high-performing teams. They have earned degrees in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
