John McVey has extensive experience in food processing and business development, having served as Plant Manager at SafePac LLC from April 2010 to April 2016, where advanced High Pressure Pasteurization technology was utilized. McVey held various leadership roles at Sunbasket from February 2022 to June 2023, culminating in the position of Vice President of Business Development, Procurement, and Customer Service, overseeing operational capacity sales, national food category procurement, and customer service teams. In addition, McVey was the General Manager responsible for a large, 400+ employee operation, and earlier supported the transition of a startup business as Assistant General Manager. Following tenure at Sunbasket, McVey became Vice President of Business Development at Intelligent Foods, Inc. before accepting the current role as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts at Maker's Pride. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Management/Marketing from La Salle University.
