Kelly Keough is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with significant experience in executive recruitment, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at MAJORITY, Kelly previously held the role of Executive Recruiter for Cloud + AI at Microsoft, specializing in global executive talent acquisition. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Associate and Senior Research Associate at Diversified Search Group, as well as a Membership and Research Associate at the Americas Society/Council of the Americas in Miami. Kelly co-founded and served as Treasurer for the University of Chicago Policy Debate Team and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Chicago.
