Mohamed Alaa Orfy is a highly accomplished Senior HR Leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic human resources. Currently serving as the Human Capital Senior Manager for Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness at Majid Al Futtaim, they previously held key roles at Nestlé as HR Lead and HSA Group as HR Business Partner. Mohamed has also worked with Al Yousuf Group as a Payroll Specialist, Gulf Commercial Group as an HR Generalist, Tenaris as a Talent Attraction & Development Analyst, and 3M as an HR Business Partner.
