Joshua DeSain is currently the Asset Lead for Retail Design at Majid Al Futtaim, where responsibilities include directing a retail innovation and design team across flagship shopping malls in Dubai and overseeing the design direction for over 700 tenancies. Previous experience includes serving as Format Development Manager at Home Centre, where Joshua developed innovative retail formats to enhance customer experiences and increase revenue. At The Integer Group, Joshua transitioned the retail design function into a fully developed team, showcasing leadership in nurturing talent. Prior roles include Visual Planning Manager at RadioShack, Merchandise Planning Coordinator at Sears Holdings Corporation, Space Planning Specialist at OfficeMax, and Floor Planning Analyst at Circuit City. Education includes attendance at St. Charles Community College from 2003 to 2004.
