Venkatraghavan previously held various significant roles, including Senior Manager at Citrix and Technical Support Manager at Microsoft, where they drove initiatives to enhance customer experiences and team performance. They graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Applications and hold an MBA in Marketing, along with advanced management training from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
