Jason Shangold is a retired senior advisor with over 15 years of experience in customer satisfaction strategies and company transformations. Previously serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Arcserve, Jason designed and governed global customer experience strategies while leading a team dedicated to enhancing customer loyalty. Jason also held the position of Director of IT at ERwin, Inc., where they managed the integration of business systems across departments. Their extensive background includes leadership roles at CA Technologies, where they transformed product development and enhanced engineering practices, alongside ongoing involvement in customer support at Majesco. Jason continues to pursue education at the University at Albany, SUNY.
