Kevin Dass has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager & Service Operations at MAIR Group since November 2022. In this role, Kevin leads IT Service Desk operations, overseeing incident management, service requests, and the optimization of the ITSM platform. Prior to MAIR Group, Kevin held various positions at Al-Futtaim from January 2013 to October 2022, including IT Service Desk Manager and Service Operations Team Lead, where responsibilities included directing 24/7 support operations and managing critical incidents. Kevin also worked at BASF as an IT System Engineer and at Mphasis as a Senior Technical Support Associate. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and a High School Diploma from St Thomas High School.
