Nicoletta Milanesio Berrino is the Director of Legal, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for North America at MAHLE, leading the legal department and handling compliance matters across the region. With over 25 years of legal experience, including a strong focus on the automotive and industrial automation industries, they have cultivated extensive expertise in corporate governance and risk management. Nicoletta holds a JD in Law from the University of Turin and an LLM in Corporate and Contract Law from Vanderbilt University, and they are licensed to practice in both Italy and the USA. Their previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Comau and Associate at Studio Legale Marco Porcari. Currently, they are pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management at ESMT Berlin.
