Sasikumar Thiyagarajan is an experienced engineer with a robust background in product development, performance enhancement, and reliability in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Mahindra Group since August 2023, Sasikumar focuses on enhancing tractor performance and ensuring rigorous quality assurance throughout the development cycle. Previously, as Program Manager at Mahindra Ag North America from May 2018 to July 2023, Sasikumar successfully released New Product Development processes, and in the role of Engineering Manager, developed winter kits suitable for extreme temperatures and established efficient problem detection processes. Sasikumar began a career at Mahindra & Mahindra from June 2013 to May 2018, contributing valuable patented innovations in engine technology, and gained foundational experience at Turbo Energy Limited, where engagement involved advanced engineering research and development of turbochargers. Educationally, Sasikumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
