Tushar Shukla has extensive experience in operations management within the logistics and supply chain sector. Most recently, Tushar served as Head of Operations at Mahindra Logistics, focusing on Hub operations for the Rivigo line of business, overseeing a vast network of services across 19,000 pincodes through 300 locations. Prior to this role, Tushar held the position of National Product Head, managing operations for e-commerce sort centers. Tushar's previous experience includes roles as Regional Operations Head at udaan.com and Senior Operations Manager at Flipkart, as well as Branch Ops Manager at DHL-Blue Dart Express Limited, where responsibilities included oversight of multiple service centers. Tushar holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies.
