Val Ang is currently the Regional Renewal Manager at Magnet Forensics responsible for managing the APAC renewal base and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Prior to this, Val worked at Gemalto as a Senior Customer Service Lead and at BlackBerry in various roles such as Regional Order Management Lead, Program Manager, and Team Lead in Partner Operations. Val completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Western Sydney University.
