Lily Olsberg is currently the People & Business Operations Manager at Magic Spoon, having previously served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate there. With a diverse background in marketing, events, and operations, Lily's past roles include UK Marketing and Events Manager at Bumble and Digital Marketing and Events Manager in a freelance capacity. Lily's early career experiences also encompass internships at Echo Hill Camp, The Communications Store, and Condé Nast, among others. Lily holds a BA in Geography from Durham University, where they also engaged in leadership roles such as President of the Hatfield College Charity Fashion Show.
