Nikhil Jairath is currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Magic EdTech since February 2023. Previously, Nikhil spent over 18 years at TS Infotech India Pvt. Ltd, where roles included Program Manager, Product Manager, Project Lead, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. As Program Manager, Nikhil led cross-functional program initiatives for shipping corporations globally, developed success metrics, and ensured program execution and delivery. In the Product Manager role, Nikhil managed the entire product life cycle and collaborated with stakeholders to address product needs. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and an MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
