Combining expertise in social and behavioral change (SBC) with robust project management skills, the team ensures that all initiatives align with MAGENTA's strategic goals and behavioural models. They manage stakeholder consultations, coordinate with local partners, and conduct thorough monitoring and evaluation to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes.

Programme Management Team

The Communications and Design Team at MAGENTA creates and executes visually engaging and impactful communication strategies to support the company's mission. This team combines expertise in graphic design, strategic communications, and social behavior change to develop creative solutions, digital content, and public service announcements. They play a critical role in crafting compelling narratives and visuals for campaigns, ensuring that the messaging resonates with target audiences and drives meaningful social change.

The Research and Behavioral Science team at MAGENTA is responsible for analyzing and solving social development challenges by integrating principles from behavioral economics, sociology, psychology, and marketing. They conduct formative research, develop strategies and planning documents, create and test interventions, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
