Ruth Mankowski has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in technical writing, quality assurance, and training coordination. Currently, Ruth is enjoying retirement while previously holding the position of Technical Writer at MAETRICS since February 2017. Prior to that role, Ruth served as a Quality Assurance Manager and Training Coordinator at SalesPage Technologies, LLC from April 2004 to February 2017, where significant contributions included establishing quality standards and creating online documentation. Earlier work involved serving as the Director of Technical Services at Prima Communications, Inc., managing technical documentation for the pharmaceutical industry, and as Information Center Manager at Fabri-Kal Corporation. Ruth's career began with a focus on human services at Lake Superior State University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned.
