Theresa Houser is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, and Operations. Currently serving as the CI Lean Solutions Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk since 2021, Theresa's career includes pivotal roles at Eaton, Stanley Works, Masonite, Walmart, and Cardinal Health, where they led HR functions and drove continuous improvement initiatives across various organizations. With a strong ability to assess complex problems and communicate effectively at all levels, Theresa also engages in outdoor adventures, having summited Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Whitney. They are pursuing a BA in Psychology at Elizabethtown College.
