Sethu Krishna is the Head of Customer Experience for Ocean - India and has been recognized as one of India's top 50 Best Managers by the Economic Times. With significant experience in customer service management, Sethu has held various roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Automotive Key Client Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Sethu worked as an Assistant Manager at HSBC and as a Sales Executive at DHL. Sethu is currently pursuing a Master of International Business in International Business and Logistics at Bharathiar University.
