Mads Wagner is a seasoned naval architect with a Master’s degree from the Technical University of Denmark. They have extensive experience in project management, structural design, and hydrodynamics, having worked on various newbuilding and retrofit projects at companies such as Grontmij, Maersk Tankers, and Seaborg Technologies. Currently, Mads is serving as a Lead Naval Architect at A.P. Moller - Maersk and provides consultancy services through their own practice, Midship Engineering. Their past roles include significant contributions to the design and conversion of vessels, as well as leading innovative projects, such as a modular floating nuclear power plant.
