Currently serving as Head of People Strategy and Deployment at A.P. Moller - Maersk since July 2022, Lena previously held roles including Area Director for Eastern Europe and Head of Area Product Management, overseeing various logistics services and financial analysis functions across several countries. Lena's career includes experience as a Finance Business Partner, Finance Director across multiple clusters, and SAP implementation roles, demonstrating a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and process improvement. Academically, Lena holds a Master's degree in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University and has participated in the Inspiring Maersk program at IMD Business School, along with ongoing studies in Project Management.
