Jonathan Padron is the Head of Operational Excellence for the West Coast and Canada at Maersk. They hold a Master's degree in Global Supply Chain from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Theater with a minor in Psychology from Occidental College. Jonathan gained valuable experience as a Small Format Team Leader at Target and as a Supply Chain Analyst at Bonduelle Fresh Americas, where they developed strong customer relationships and teamwork skills. With expertise in various software tools, they are passionate about supply chain management and eager to expand their knowledge in the industry.
