Garnet Correya (Assoc CIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources and administration, beginning a career in May 2010 as an HR & Administration Assistant at Humaid Al Suwaidi Real Estate L.L.C. Following this, Garnet progressed to roles including Junior Manager - Human Resources at Oasis Investment Company and HR Officer at DAMAC Properties. From January 2016 to November 2023, Garnet served as HR Business Partner - MENA & APAC at Mace, before transitioning to Macro to hold the titles of People Partner - MENA & APAC and Senior People Partner - MENA & APAC, starting in November 2023 and continuing to the present. Garnet holds CIPD qualifications and has earned diplomas in Hospitality Administration/Management and Executive Human Resources Management from The Naval Institute of Technology and XLRI Jamshedpur, respectively.
