John Pickard is a senior investment leader with over 30 years of experience in asset management. They currently serve as the Head of Equities and Multi Asset at Nomura Asset Management International and as a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group. Previously, John was a Partner at h2glenfern and held executive roles at UBS Asset Management and Martin Currie. They obtained a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences from Oriel College, Oxford University. John specializes in developing high-performing teams and advocating for sustainable business practices within the ESG agenda.
