Catherine Jane Rathbone is an experienced professional in early childhood education and support services, currently serving as an Education and Behavior Support Specialist at Macon Program for Progress since July 2022. Previously, Rathbone held the position of Early Childhood Education Disabilities Coordinator at East Coast Migrant Head Start Project from August 2019 to July 2022 and served as Director and Program Administrator at Childcare Network, Inc. from December 2017 to August 2019. Additional experience includes working as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator at CDSA of WNC and a Children's Service Coordinator at Irene Wortham Center. Rathbone began their career with Buncombe County Schools from 2004 to 2013 as an Education Supervisor. Rathbone earned a Bachelor of Science in Family Relations and Child Development from Western Carolina University between 1997 and 2000.
