Reece Hardy is the Operations Director for Construction at Mace Group, a position they have held since 2025. With a solid background in construction management, they previously served as an Associate Director and held several roles including Senior Construction Manager and Assistant Construction Manager at Mace from 2019 to 2025. Reece also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at Walter Lilly Co Ltd from 2008 to 2012. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Westminster, where they studied from 2012 to 2014, and continue their education at the same institution.
