Felix Chan-Ying is a dedicated aerospace engineer specializing in electric spacecraft propulsion and systems engineering. Holding a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada, Felix has designed, simulated, and tested propulsion systems, including a micro-Hall effect thruster. Felix's professional experience includes roles as a Propulsion Systems Engineer at MDA, where they lead propulsion subsystems for significant satellite constellation projects, and involvement in the LR101 engine hotfiring campaign at Launch Canada. Additionally, Felix has interned with various organizations, including Rocket Factory Augsburg and BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada, where they contributed to engineering design and requirements verification.
