Jonathan Hopper has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician II at M3 since November 2018. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Help Desk Analyst II at Kubota Manufacturing of America Corp from July 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included supporting hardware and software issues, managing the phone system, and overseeing IT storage. Additional experience includes positions as a Network Technician at J&J Foods and an Installer at JM Communications, focusing on computer maintenance and system installations. Jonathan also served as a House Parent at Eagle Ranch, managing a household and documenting medical care for middle school boys. Jonathan began a career in technology as a Computer Technician at The Harris Products Group in 2007, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from Appalachian Bible College between 2004 and 2007.
