Matthew Shield is a seasoned professional in the construction and civil engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Estimating Consultant at Turner & Townsend Data Center Construction since April 2025, and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&J Evans Construction Limited since March 2023.
