Stephanie Miao is currently the Director of Central Operations at Lyft, where they lead operations planning and performance for major North America bikeshare systems, including New York's Citibike and Chicago's Divvy. Previously, they served as Head of Central Operations & Business Analytics for Lyft Urban Solutions, overseeing similar responsibilities. Stephanie's career includes a role as a Senior Manager in Consulting at GEP Worldwide and a Part-Time Operations Associate at Birchbox. They are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance with a minor in Producing at New York University, alongside a study abroad program at East China Normal University.
