Ryan is responsible for the development of the user experience and user interface for Lumin. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Information Technology, which he later used to develop web applications and provide consulting services for clients to build products from concept to delivery. Coming from a professional background in open science, transparency, and accessibility, he has focused primarily on web design and development throughout his career.

While not at work, Ryan enjoys developing a passion project of his called Glance, a Fitbit watch face to help view health stats at a glance. He is also an avid tinkerer and likes playing virtual reality games, 3D Printing, and flying drones.
