Xiaodong Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process and product engineering, specifically in 3D sensing technologies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Process and Product Engineering at Lumentum since August 2015, Xiaodong has progressed from Director to Sr. Operations Manager and Program Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Staff Product Engineer at VIAVI Solutions from 2008 to 2015 and a Postdoc Associate role at Cornell University from 2006 to 2007, where contributions included the design and fabrication of high-efficiency InGaN-based photovoltaic devices.
