Felisa Aprill has extensive experience in channel management and sales, currently serving as Account Director 1 - National Channel Manager at Lumen Technologies since February 2020. Prior to this role, Felisa spent over 25 years at CenturyLink in various positions, including Channel Relationship Manager, Manager of Partner Support, Area Director for Customer Lifecycle Management, and Account Consultant. Notable achievements include leading teams to achieve sales and revenue targets, managing high-impact projects, and providing post-sales support to channel alliance members. Felisa has been recognized with All-star and Circle of Excellence awards for outstanding performance and has a solid educational foundation from Washington State University and Mercer Island High School.
