Montana Butler is currently the Service Recovery Team Lead at lululemon, where they manage guest escalations and train new employees. Previously, Montana held roles as Head of Operations and Business Development at YEG Cycle and YYC Cycle, contributing to the expansion of the company and enhancing staff performance and retention. They have also worked as a Spin Instructor and held various leadership positions, successfully increasing key performance metrics. Montana owns Note to Self Ceramics and is pursuing studies at Athabasca University.
