Alyx Techow possesses a strong background in education and operations management. With experience as an Associate Teacher for 5th grade at Baker Demonstration School from August 2012 to June 2013, Alyx transitioned into various roles at lululemon from July 2012 to August 2013. These roles included Educator, Operations Lead at the Guest Education Centre, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams of 80-100 remote contact agents and managing projects that enhance employee experience and contact center operations. Alyx holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Vanderbilt University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
