Scott Luberto is currently the Chief Enthusiasm Officer at ATLAS Navigator, where they focus on integrating talent development and performance management through a competency-based strategy. Previously, Scott served in various roles at Luck Companies, including Director of Associate Development, and held positions at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and TEACH FOR AMERICA, where they were recognized as Teacher of the Year. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College and completed the Business Acumen Series at the University of Richmond. Scott is dedicated to enhancing talent management within industrial companies and improving skills and engagement among associates.
