Amelia Hadler is an accomplished Chemistry professional with extensive experience in technology development and research. Currently serving as the Technology Development Manager for Metalworking at The Lubrizol Corporation since July 2014, Amelia has played a crucial role in designing and formulating rust preventive additive packages, as well as evaluating the performance of corrosion inhibitors across various applications. Previously, as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Amelia developed new ternary intermetallic alloys and published research on novel crystal structures. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Assistant reflects strong communication skills in education. Early career at Quaker Chemical included a promotion to Developmental Chemist due to demonstrated expertise in metalworking and lubricant analysis.
