Shelly Baldwin is currently the Chief Investor and Business Development Officer at Lubert Adler Partners, having held this position since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Client Development and Managing Director at The Praedium Group from 2017 to 2024, where they also acted as the ESG Officer. Shelly has extensive experience in investor relations from roles at Varadero Capital and Sancus Capital Management LP, and worked as the Director of Marketing at Ellington Management Group for a year. Before these positions, they were a Vice President and Strategist at Goldman Sachs from 2001 to 2009. Shelly holds a degree from Yale University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
