Shikha Ansel is a Senior PCB Design Engineer at Meta Reality Labs, where they focus on project planning, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. With previous roles at Capgemini Engineering and HCL America, Shikha specialized in designing PCBs for Microsoft Surface devices. They also have extensive experience in project management from their time at STMicroelectronics and Leadership Eastside, where they oversaw project deliverables and maintained customer relationships. Shikha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from IETE.
