Previously, they held roles such as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Dendrite International and Vice President of Prudential Communications at Prudential Financial. Currently, Uttara serves as the Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at LPL Financial, showcasing expertise in executive communications, internal communications, and public relations. They earned an MA in Communications from the University of Hyderabad and an MS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
