David Freniere is the EVP and Deputy General Counsel at LPL Financial, a position held since transitioning from the role of Deputy General Counsel at LPL Financial Corporation, where they worked from 1992 to 2009. Prior to that, David served as an Attorney in the Division of Enforcement at the SEC from 1989 to 1992.
