Omar A. Brown is an accomplished people and community leader with a strong background in engagement and change management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Community & Impact for the Big Ten Conference, Omar has previously held significant roles, including Supplier Diversity Senior Compliance Officer for the City of Chicago and Vice President of Human Resources for the Chicago Transit Authority. With extensive experience in financial project management at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, and leading organizational transformation initiatives at Deloitte Consulting, Omar has demonstrated expertise in driving diversity and inclusion strategies across various sectors. They are also a current member of the Board of Trustees at Loyola University Chicago and pursuing advanced degrees in public policy and business administration.
