Simon Crowe MRICS is an experienced energy and commercial property professional, currently serving as the Managing Director and Founder of the Low Carbon Alliance since 2009. They have previously held roles such as Partner at FPC Industry & Enterprise and Horus Capital Ltd, as well as Development Director at BAM Construct UK and Partner at Strutt & Parker. Simon's career has focused on the intersection of property and energy, specializing in acquiring land for energy projects and developing strategies to enhance energy efficiency while reducing carbon emissions. They are a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and earned their degree from the University of Greenwich.
