Matthew Osiecki, P.E. has experience working as a Project Engineer in Capital Design at Loudoun Water, administering portions of the company's Capital Improvement Plan. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Civil Engineer at CH2M and also completed internships at both CH2M and Loudoun Water, gaining experience in engineering and construction management. Matthew obtained their education at George Mason University from 2011 to 2015.
