Paweł Urbaś, MBA, has extensive experience in crisis management and flight operations. They began their career as a Training Specialist at ICCE Greenpol in 2000 and later served as Chairman of the Polish Society for Crisis Intervention from 2002 to 2008, where they led a team focused on crisis intervention and psychological support. From 2010 to 2011, they managed the VIP Flights Department at LOT Polish Airlines, overseeing flight operations for VIP clients. Currently, they hold multiple roles at LOT Polish Airlines, including Emergency Response Senior Specialist, where they design disaster plans and coordinate crisis response activities. Pawel is also pursuing further education at Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie.
