Kathy Estrada Montes, LCSW, PPSC, is a mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Consultant for the Comprehensive Coordinating Early Intervening Services (CCEIS) at the Los Angeles Unified School District. They have held various roles within the LAUSD since 2015, including Psychiatric Social Worker and Counselor for the Strategic Enrollment and Program Planning Office. Prior to their work at LAUSD, Kathy was a Referral Manager, Lead Clinician, and Mental Health Clinician at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services from 2009 to 2015. Kathy earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
