Lewis Starbuck is currently the Head of Rugby and Assistant Houseparent at Lord Wandsworth College, where they lead the organization and promotion of rugby across various age levels. A BSc Sports Coaching graduate from Leeds Beckett University, Lewis holds a level 2 coaching qualification in Rugby Union and has extensive experience in the sport, including roles with the Rugby Football Union and Leicester Tigers. Previously, they served as a Club Development Officer at York RI Rugby Club and have been actively involved in coaching at various schools and clubs. Lewis is dedicated to continuous professional development and reflects on their practice to enhance their coaching skills.
