Jimbo Graves has been in the workforce since 2011, starting with a role as Regional Representative for Improving NOI. In 2011, they also began working as a Nonprofit Consulting for Archway Partnership. In 2014, they held two roles concurrently, as an Employee Benefits Advisor for Brown and Brown Insurance and as a Licensed Insurance Agent for Insurance Products & Services, Inc. of Florida. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Sales Manager for Loop & Tie, and most recently, they have been a Sales Director for Atalo Holdings since 2019.

Jimbo Graves obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia in 2004. Jimbo then returned to The University of Georgia in 2010 and completed a MA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management in 2011.
