Rachael Sayer is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with a demonstrated history in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Manufacturing, and Defense industries. Rachael currently serves as the Director and Head of EHS at Lonza while having previously held positions at notable companies, including Sarepta Therapeutics and BAE Systems. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Keene State College and is pursuing a Master of Science in the same field at Columbia Southern University.
