Gary Obler is the Managing Director and Head of the Private Wealth Talent Practice at Long Ridge Partners, Inc., where they focus on building a premier private wealth talent vertical centered on financial advisors. Prior to this role, Gary served as Managing Director and COO at D.S. Wolf Group International, LLC, where they successfully recruited financial advisors across the U.S. and enhanced the firm's business development efforts. Gary also led the launch of a private wealth search practice at Orbis Talent Partners, securing contracts with numerous firms and delivering the first financial advisor placements. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, graduating Cum Laude.
