Shai Sheli is a senior data leader specialising in CRM, data architecture, and integration strategy within the charity sector. As Senior Data Manager (CRM & Integrations) at London’s Air Ambulance Charity, Shai leads the data function across CRM and integrations, with end-to-end accountability for platform performance, data quality, and the design and delivery of scalable data solutions.
Shai plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s data strategy, ensuring robust governance, financial reconciliation, and reliable data flows across critical fundraising and operational systems. Working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Fundraising, Shai drives improvements in data integrity, automation, and operational efficiency to support sustainable income growth and informed decision-making.
Prior to this, Shai held roles including Data Project Manager at the Jewish Museum London, leading CRM implementation projects such as Raiser’s Edge, and IT, Database & Finance Manager at the New Israel Fund, with a focus on data governance and fundraising operations.
Shai holds diplomas in Programming and Physics Mechanics from ORT College, Rehovot.
